Anne gained her degree and qualified teacher status at Leeds University and for the last 20 years has taught in Primary schools in both the UK and Spain. More recently, after taking a post graduate certificate, she took on the role of Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo). This has highlighted to her the importance of children learning early skills before starting school. Since having a family, she wanted a job to fit round school hours and continue her love of teaching. Seeing a Sounds Right Phonics advert, she realised that this could be a fantastic new challenge that would utilise her skills and experience. She is delighted to offer an exciting, fun filled class with dancing, singing, music and games for toddlers/pre-schoolers accompanied by their parents. Anne is teaching in the Barnsley, Sheffield and Holmfirth areas which covers the West part of South Yorkshire.
